Aside from offering top-tier educational courses, the association also supports worldwide gemmological research and serves the broader interests of the gem and jewellery sectors. Members enjoy a variety of perks, including access to gemmological equipment and an active calendar of events and conferences. In addition, Gem-A publishes two internationally respected journals, The Journal of Gemmology and Gems & Jewellery, further enhancing its position as a vital resource in the industry.
