Coe's Bespoke Jewellers is a father-and-son business run by Gary Coe and his son Craig, with more than 50 years in the trade between them. Gary started in 1972, apprenticing as a Hatton Garden diamond mounter, and learned the craft under some of the area's leading jewellers. He and Craig later opened the shop to fill a gap they saw in the market for designer rings.

The shop works around one-on-one consultations rather than a stock tray, so the ring-buying process is built around the customer. Whether it is an engagement ring, a wedding band or something else, the emphasis is on well-made jewellery at fair prices. That mix of bench skill and personal service is what has kept Coe's busy for custom work in Hatton Garden.
