The shop runs on appointment only, with morning, evening and weekend slots to fit around busy schedules. Outcalls around London, Essex and Cambridgeshire can be arranged on request.
It usually starts with a quick chat or a few messages, then an invitation into the office to begin work on the piece. Everything is hand crafted in the London workshop using GIA-graded stones unless a client asks otherwise, and clients are involved at every step.
