One of Hollywood’s longest standing couples, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, are officially engaged. The deal has been sealed with a stunning
engagement ring, estimated by experts to be worth around $250,000, which Angelina was spotted wearing at the LA County Museum earlier this month.
The ring was designed by jeweller Robert Procop and Brad Pitt himself, a project that took twelve months to complete. Procop said: “Brad had a specific vision for this ring, which he realised over a year-long collaboration. He wanted every aspect to be perfect, so I was able to locate a diamond of the
finest quality and cut it to an exact custom size and shape to suit Angelina’s hand.”
The centre of the ring is set with a large, oblong shaped diamond, and the thick band is ribbed with additional diamonds. Procop declares that “each diamond is of the highest gem quality”, and the result is a flawless, unique piece of jewellery which reflects the time and effort invested into its creation.
